    One one I received had a defect. Returned and it took awhile to get the replacement. The replacement works just fine.

    Have had trouble several times getting signed on. If this problem persists seriously thinking of returning to store. My granddaughter experienced same problem when I called her to make sure that it was not me. I am willing to continue learning on this chrome Oak so that I can give a better review. I have usedHP computers for years and chose this because of previous experiences.
