Computer works great. I bought for my daughter for Christmas to do her virtual learning on. The price was perfect. Its a great size for a computer.

I'm very happy with my Chromebook. What I am not happy with is myself because I didn't wait one more week to order it. I could have saved $140!! I'm very disappointed in that. I don't think it would have been asking too much to give me a refund. When I asked Best Buy about it, they said I could return it to a store (there isn't one for a long ways) and then order it at the cheaper price. Since it was out of stock before, I didn't want to try that and probably have to wait until after Christmas. My old Chromebook was worn out and I needed the new one!

Great laptop. Works great and no issues so far. Like that I have one laptop that will continue to be fast without loading it down with files.

light weight good for browsing and initially little bit issue with touch pad due to old habit on my old laptop. but its worth what I paid.

This is my 1st Chromebook and I think it's pretty nice. Coming from a desktop it's taking me a bit of time getting used to not having certain buttons that come on a standard keyboard (ie: delete, home, end). However there are definitely ways to get those options by using combinations of keys. Honestly watching a Chromebook for Dummies video would probably go a long ways. I am happy I got the 14" screen instead of the smaller 11". Overall I am enjoying this purchase and look forward to getting more familiar with the product.

Very nice easy to operate.. It was bought as a christmas gift for my 12 year old son... Screen is perfect size fir what he needed it for!!

Welcome to the world of E-Learning. This computer was a nice upgrade over the school's chromebooks. Perfect for E-Learning and the day to days.

Definitely worth the money when I got it on Black Friday for around $130 open box condition. The screen is very pretty. You cant beat the price.

If you're just looking for a simple computing device, like browsing the internet, answering emails, etc., this should be plenty for your needs.

Great for e-learning. Got this for my son so he can do his e-learning. Nice and lightweight, added a 128gb thumb drive and he's good to go.

Like the simplicity yet quick response time. Very user-friendly. Retired now, don’t need huge memory and capacities as when I was working.

I love the HP chromebook - handles all my needs easily. I replaced a chromebook I had forever because of updates. Best buy for the money.

Purchased as a Christmas Gift so I wont know until Christmas how it is..but I, myself own an HP and find it to be excellent.

Chromebook is the way to go if you just need to access the internet or email. HP makes a good one for a very competitive price.
