Works great! Easy to set up and the processor runs smoothly. This does NOT work with Windows though. FYI incase it isn't clear upfront. It was suggested to buy Microsoft Office with this purchase, but that program will NOT work on the chromebook.

My mother spends a lot of time on her laptop and is particularly gentle with them. We got about 5 years out of the last Chromebook and Best Buy had this HP which is more or less a direct replacement. The in-store price was too good to pass up so we picked it up along with some other things. It was very easy to set up and familiar to her which is huge. It is powerful enough for her needs.

Easy set up. Computer works well. I love the way this Chromebook works. I like not having to run programs. Downloading Apps are very convenient and user friendly for a non technological person.

My original Chromebook was stolen. It had so much of my personal info. They were charging multiple items a day to my credit cards. I needed a replacement so i could stop the craziness. I was able to change passwords and see the addresses they were shipping to. I really was in a bad spot till i got my replacement.

Battery life is good. Speed depends on the level of your internet. This is a good inexpensive workbook. Ideal for someone that only needs this to get on the net to browse.

Its user friendly and have a long battery life. It comes with apps that are on my mobile such that i wont be shifting from mobile to laptop. The webcam is good for video calls. However it has a no Microsoft Office.
