It is so light to carry everywhere. I was carrying it in my bag while I was flying back to Europe, and I barely felt it. The color and texture of the Chromebook are so pretty. It is so easy to work on it. When you first turn it on, they show you, step by step, how to log in to it. Honestly, when I saw the price I thought that it wasn't this good, but when I saw it in the store I was shocked. It is amazing, all recommendations!!

The touch screen feature is a great add on. Everything runs quickly and smoothly just like a desktop but without the bulk. Works great for school programs and youtube use. Great for business and school.

Very nice computer. Works great for students. Our school has 17 of them i believe. I screens are very thin like alot of computers so you have to be careful opening it.

Great purchase for use of school work and personal use

If your needs for a personal device aren't many (use of G Suite elements, Gmail, social media, streaming, etc.) this is an excellent option. I have had my device for about a month and it has been awesome. I purchased this device mostly because I had previously had an HP Chromebook (lasted about 10 years.)

Nice build quality, quiet, looks good. Not a gaming computer but definitely a great choice for school or work. Great screen with a long lasting battery.

Our daughter's Lenova chrome book stopped working after one year of use. We purchased this at the start of the 2025 school year. She is happy with the chrome book and it is working well. The Lenova had more features but was discontinued.

Quick boot-up, large screen that is bright and sharp, decent sound and it's light. Battery life is very good too.

This Chromebook is perfect for me. It is fast, great price and just what I needed. I want to note that I purchased this from the Colerain store #1474 and was assisted by one of the nicest and most knowledgeable sales associates I have ever met, Brandon D is a real asset to the Best Buy team. Great laptop! Gets all jobs done with ease and precision.

So far so great The only complaint I had was the curbside pickup having to go inside to get it It was frustrating especially when I ordered it we're hoping I could pick it have it delivered to my car but other than that it seems to be great It has two terabytes and well I thought it was a pretty good purchase I am most happy with it so far out a total
