This Chromebook has been a lifesaver and was so reasonably priced compared to similar products! Not only is it user friendly, but it has been a breeze to do my work as well as stream movies/tv shows.

Great product, I came to best buy genuinely for a tablet that disconnected from the keyboard, mind you this does not disconnect from the keyboard but it flipping completely to tablet format helps so much. I bought it for school and let me tell you, it made live so much easier and im still currently using it for business. Worth the purchase.

Laptop was promptly brought out to me by an employee. As included anti-virus software for free. Laptops is lightweight and easily is stored in my daughter's backpack. Easy to set up.

My 14"Chrombook is a great machine for folk who want to be part of today's cyber world but lack some of the greator sofisticated skills of more complex machines. It's an everyday device for eveyday users. The price is modest and it's features cover a wide range of usefullness for both young and old,

My daughter has just started her first year of high school as we call it in the Caribbean and needed a laptop for school.. my friend in the USA mentioned that best buy has back to school sale and I choose the Hp 14 Chromebook and my daughter love her laptop and laptop bag. I am very satisfied with the purchase and product 10/10

It is a basic laptop, it works if you want to use it as your personal everyday laptop. Great for everyday use at home, managing finances and keep a daily schedule.

Excellent laptop for everyday use for surfing the web and watching movies. I like the white color and the aesthetics of the laptop. It’s cute and the keyboard doesn’t feel ancient and clunky like the Chromebook. Overall a great purchase for a light use laptop. Another pro is the ease of setup. You use your google account to set it up.

I needed a new laptop for personal and work and I used someone else’s Google Chrome and loved it. My only issue is is that when I use the right click on the pad it doesn’t work so I had to purchase a wireless mouse and it also says that it is touchscreen I went on YouTube to try to troubleshoot the touchscreen myself, followed all steps and it’s still not working. I’ll be contacting Best Buy. Outside of that it works perfectly.
