It’s a great laptop. Very easy to navigate. Used it for microsoft! Battery life is okay if your doing minimal work.

Tough to find a better laptop at this price point. Solid performance for things like browsing and streaming and the battery life was better than I expected. The screen leaves something to be desired, not super vibrant or crisp and a significant blue light tint but again at the price point it's tough to complain. Would recommend if you're in the market for a budget laptop for simple daily use, much more than that and you'll want to spend more to get something better.

With this Chromebook Laptop -Everything transferred over from a 'dead' Asus laptop - even my 'Sticky' Notes. I can watch or listen to programs in the background of working on documents or browsing email and other activities. Charges up in a SNAP. Learning something everyday. So many easy actions! Well worth its $$. Thank you Best Buy for such a 'replacement' deal as this!

This is an excellent laptop for the price. It's been years since I used an HP laptop and I can say they are much better laptops today overall. Highly recommended product.

It's light and easy to use. The battery life is good. It lasts at least an hour longer then my Toshiba laptop.

I bought this for my 7 year old to do online homeschool. It is so easy to use and I was able to setup parental controls. Even my 7 year old was able to use it easily! We love it and it is lightweight and efficient.

My daughter last Chromebook stop working and she needed a replacement for school fast. It was a good buy and good product for what it was but definitely would need a real laptop.

very nice laptop for school. i love the touchscreen and the backlit keyboard, 100% worth the price. i also love the magnets that hold it closed, they are strong enough to hold, but not too strong to the point where it's difficult to open! it does lag sometimes on simple things like webpages but i'm sure it's mostly me just having too many tabs open. the mousepad sometimes clicks out and won't let you click on things effectively. that is only when i use it on a soft and non-fat surface. that could also be a feature that i was unaware of and don't realize how i'm turning it on. overall, a 4.7/5 stars from me. very classy and thin, plus there's face id to log in!

I am pleased with the quality, the feel and battery life is 15 hours at low display light. This Chromebook is lightweight, screen is good and battery is excellent. At the price BB offers it is a great bargain
