    My 9 year old grandson needed a replacement for his old chrome book. I didn’t want to invest a lot of money in it for a 9 year is. We just got it and haven’t encountered any problems yet.

    Nice chromebook. Affordable and easy to set up. Just hope that it lasts longer than HP’s fancier x360 Chromebook whose screen would not turn on after one year of light use.

    I have a family member that likes to surf the web and open all kinds pages. 25 pages at a time. All kinds of content. Total Lap top crashes are a thing of the past thanks to this chromebook.

    Still having problems connecting each day with my email site, even though we have high speed internet. Geek squad was unable to help since my Chromebook picks up emails consistently in the store. Must be our connection here. Will get in touch with HP

    The only issue I have is when turning it on, it takes a few extra seconds for the screen to pop up. Not a fan of that, but overall it's a pretty good Chromebooks
