I'll start by saying it is a Chromebook, which does the bare minimum for most things. The cost reflects that, so that shouldn't come as a surprise. However, if you expect a Google environment like most cell phones where you can download just about anything from the Google Play store, you will be in for a bad time. Want the Amazon app? Too bad. Need the Chewy app for your pets? Oh well. And so on, but you can get TEMU, the app allegedly that steals your data, which destroys Google's claim it is all about user safety. Listen, it's not a big deal if they were upfront about it in the advertising. However, they aren't, and yes, you can still use the browser to go to these and other sites, but some apps don't have sites that can't be added without sideloading. Though not a big deal as the rest of the Chromebook does what it is supposed to do, please don't sell me on the Google Play store and have half of it locked off.

I really enjoy this laptop for the price I paid. I would have given it a 5 star but it wasn't touchscreen. Thanks alot

Chromebook- Great Device just can’t do the same things as a laptop such as Microsoft.

Only issue is keyboard Hard to read. Need a different color other than grey/ silver

For what I use a computer for reading the new, buying, on line, email, playing games, and watching shows, this one is more than adequate.

It’s a good laptop for the price, however there are some very big limitations that need to be considered before you buy this. It does not run an a typical “windows” system. I got the lap top so my daughter can play roadblocks and it was terrible it was lagging and barely able to be used. I am assuming other games/apps may run into the same issue. I let her use my Apple and 9 use this lap top for basic internet usage

Hp chromebook laptop is awsome for me just simple it gets the job done period

This is a great budget netbook, especially with an HDMI port for a second screen. I use it for light web apps for my bookkeeping.

Very nice but the only drawback is the key letters are too hard to read. They need to be brighter
