I purchased 6 of these for our for school to do proctored testing and it does not work. Cannot download anything either and ineligible to be returned.

I ordered it ones and exchanged for a newer one but it’s still the same . Don’t mind getting a refund at this point .

problems out of the box

This time I bought 2 more to gift them to some people less fortunate. Neither one would allow internet access. You can't set up without it. No problems logging on to my Wi-Fi but would not connect to internet. I tried 3 other Wi-Fi with the same issue. Should be easy peasy but who wants issues out of the box. Bought Acer instead and easy perasy as expected.

So i called the store and they said they will replace it and i can pick it up on the 19th......well its the 19th and they just sent me a message saying they dont have it yet. Now i have to wait until the 27th... That will be 20 days of waiting for this.

IT WAS A DEFINITE LEMON......A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
