Best Buy Needs To Do Better

While the Chromebook has a 12 month warranty, Best Buy won’t help because I didn’t purchase an extended plan through them. Now I need to go through HP which is tiring, regardless Best Buy is less than a mile down the road. Exhausting experience with Best Buy. Do better.

Avoid this laptop !

It is so slow, the keyboard starts to stiffen up and crashes really easily!

Buyer remorse

Both had issues with the screens going out in a short time. The first one’s screen went out in a week and I was able to return it. The second ones went out about three weeks after I got it and was now not in the return time frame. I do not recommend this laptop.

They quoted me $385 to fix it. I could buy a new one cheaper and bought something of higher quality. I’m a Microsoft girl and did not like Sheets or transferring between the systems.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

Never dropped or treated poorly. Won’t turn on or charge. Tried to get my money back with the receipt since it had been less than 30 days. Was told that since it had been more than 15 from the date of purchase, I will need to pay for Geek Squad to fix it.

Bad Touchpad

Then, a few months later, the touchpad stopped working again, after the return date passed. Two different laptops with touchpad issues. I wouldn't buy this again, no matter how cheap the price is. It's just not worth it.
