I returned the HP to get a Lenovo because the letters on the keys were so faint I could hardly read them. Other than the letters, the HP was excellent.

White screen on startup out of the box. No support of response from BestBuy

Very frustrating. To be honest is very not good. No good.

very poor. has not worked for whatever reason. I'm sick that i bought it. I thought is was a regular laptop , this chrome should not be advertised with the regular processors.

computer eats my e-mail in inbox - also moves e-mail from sent file to trash - up and down buttons work when they want to - I will have to bring computer back as soon as I can Eva Alkana

Stopped working 30 days after purchase just 3days after the "no return date". But the Geek squad at my local Best Buy store fixed it at no cost.

We purchased this less than 3 mo the ago and it won’t take a charge anymore. We tried several chargers and none work. It is an expensive paperweight now.

Nice size, but had trouble getting it connecting to internet, had to come in as a guest. Screens would not come up.

It’s really slow and always glitching ! I wish I had never bought this. And the display shows like a really old computer!!!

this computer is not worth the purchase, its operating off linux and half of the programs i tried to download would only operate on mac or windows, which this doesn’t have

I bought this computer about 3-4 months ago, it randonly stopped working and i dont know why. The battery is full, i can see the light indicating it is. Really mad, and want my money back, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Everything works good for the price of the laptop, however the Display is so bad.

Not the best. Also the 6 months anti-virus Best Buy gave doesn’t work on it.

It works but we had an issue with the screen in the 1st 6 months. Spend a little more to get a better chromebook

It's slow and pages take forever to load. Unfortunatly, I can't take it back because I didn't realize that I had only 2 weeks after purchase to return it. I've had other Chromebooks, and they were decent, but this one is slower than my 3-year old Kindle Fire.

We have had so many problems with this product, we are actually going to exchange it. We believe it was returned previously because there was extra tape on the box .

Terrible laptop couldn’t even have 2 google chromes open at once without it freezing or crashing

Chromebook is not turning on after purchasing it 3 weeks ago.

It is so outdated it barely functions. I was late returning it so I just left it at Best Buy to recycle it. Literally threw away $150. Also, the return experience was so awful I think I'm done buying from Best Buy.
