Hp laptop

I know for the price I shouldn’t expect much but I thought that would be in processing speed, memory, things like that. This feels like a laptop for a kindergartener. The screen quality is like 3 decades ago. I was only going to use it to run some excel products. I returned it.

So many things taken for granted on Windows ... no Snip Tool, CDs and DVDs won't play from external drives . . .

Bad Christmas

It was supposed to be there buy 12/20 23, It still hasn't been delivered and today is 1/2/24. I have texted and spoke with several people and nothing has been done, the tracking still says delayed?????!!!!!!
