Do Not Purchase

Not allowed to return nor exchange. 5-6 weeks to be repaired and had to pay an additional 150$ for an extended repair. This device was purchased for academic work, not enjoyment. Extremely disappointed in both product and service.

HP Chromebook

Would not recommend this chromebook. Was able to get an Acer chromebook from another store & it works wonderfully.

Did a complete reset and still was unable to connect. Bought a Lenovo Chromebook and it connected with no problem.
