Not what i expected , quality is poor i work from home it could be added to my system.

Running slow. Don't like the features. Don't like Chromebook laptop

Computer worked but felt like cheap plastic and over all quality was just bad.

This is a solid little Chromebook. Perfect for seniors, children or anyone really. However for educational needs or an older adult that just needs to be ‘online’ this is a good device. Let’s start with the good… Great performance for the minimal investment. Seriously, for the Black Friday price I paid this little HP offers solid value. If you want a device with a keyboard to do email, type a document or surf the web this is an excellent choice. Think of it as a modern era netbook but with decent performance and you get the idea. What is not… This is not an Apple product in software or hardware but at the Black Friday price paid you wouldn’t expect that. It is a solid value and a decently built device. The ‘metal look’ insert on the keyboard area is just plastic with a design to look a bit like metal. Honestly, looks a bit better online than in person but again not a deal breaker at this price point. The display for the price isn’t bad but realize you aren’t getting a 1080p or 4K super bright display. To sum it up… When purchased on sale like I did, it is a good little laptop with a nice keyboard for an outstanding value.

Product was cheap and key pad very hard to use. Hard to control.

Do not buy this laptop. The screen is not good and it is very slow.

Although it's only $150, this Chromebook has all the features and the speed I need, I primarily use it for internet surfing and Google Docs. Ran Netflix with no problem as well. I anticipate years of reliable use - which at this price point is truly a bargain!

Great price, exceptional fast. The only draw back there is no Windows, OS. You cannot even download so you have to use Google Docs

This laptop provides top-level functionality. I have multiple memory-hogging programs installed and can have numerous windows open without conflict or lags. I have had no technical problems with this laptop other than getting a blue-screen of death every once in awhile, but I believe this is a software (namely, Windows 11) issue and not a laptop issue. The only negative thing I have to say about this laptop is that it is extraordinarily heavy. I would not purchase this laptop as a frequent traveler. However, the offset of this is that the screen is large and has excellent resolution. I did have problems with the graphics display for a long time, but found out it was due to a setting in the registry (firmware). Once this problem was discovered and resolved, the screen has been beautiful ever since. I have hooked this laptop up to a port replicator and am running four monitors from it with no problems (including a UHD widescreen). It works beautifully in this setup. So, overall, I have found this an excellent computer.

This is great quality for the price!!!! Lightweight, the keyboard is nice, the display is super clear. I got this on sale and it was under $200. 10/10 recommend. Also the battery lasts SOO LONG

Brand new, setting up and a notification pops up that the chrome os system is missing or damaged. Trying to troubleshoot but doesn’t look promising. Fortunately I bought the three year warranty. I’ll update after we bring it back to Best Buy for service.

I was originally interested in getting a MacBook but due to financial reasons, I ended up going with HP since I was mostly going to be using it for homework, and boy am I glad I did. It’s so light weight and cute, and the battery life is great!

This is the second Chromebook I have bought. For.basic internet browsing and minor office work it's a great little 14 inch laptop. Email, zoom, nice clear screen. Very pleased and they get better every year. My.last one lasted 6 years.

For the money, this is one of the nicest little Chromebook you could hope for. It has long battery life, brilliant color does everything online you would want and very quickly.

Runs good and the price is good! affordable laptop for those going to college or everyday use
