Getting it from Bestbuy was the best choice because it was quick and easy. I just placed the order online and within 30 mins it was ready.

Big surprise

It is her first labtop so wasn't getting anything super tech, or so i thought. Turns out this is an amazing one! She is on it everyday all day! Nothing she can't do on it! I got it just as a "starter" one but turned out way better than expected!

Great starting computer

It does slow down a bit if you've been using it for a long time. Also gets pretty hot, as would any computer. Overall, I wasn't looking for anything too complex or over the top, so it works for me. I would recommend this. Great price too!

Still getting used to heavier weight of this one though, after having used smaller models in the past.

Great for kids

No but seriously, this computer isnt too bad its just good for its basic use of a computer. Those kids trying to get last minute homework done, and limited storage capacity, but at least you can expand it. The best part is that its affordable!

Phone help is a mess, in person is best.

The geek squad was great in person, and they worked on it very quickly and fix the problem right away.
