Bad Christmas

It was supposed to be there buy 12/20 23, It still hasn't been delivered and today is 1/2/24. I have texted and spoke with several people and nothing has been done, the tracking still says delayed?????!!!!!!

Do Not Purchase

Not allowed to return nor exchange. 5-6 weeks to be repaired and had to pay an additional 150$ for an extended repair. This device was purchased for academic work, not enjoyment. Extremely disappointed in both product and service.

Would not recommend this chromebook. Was able to get an Acer chromebook from another store & it works wonderfully.
