This laptop provides top-level functionality. I have multiple memory-hogging programs installed and can have numerous windows open without conflict or lags. I have had no technical problems with this laptop other than getting a blue-screen of death every once in awhile, but I believe this is a software (namely, Windows 11) issue and not a laptop issue. The only negative thing I have to say about this laptop is that it is extraordinarily heavy. I would not purchase this laptop as a frequent traveler. However, the offset of this is that the screen is large and has excellent resolution. I did have problems with the graphics display for a long time, but found out it was due to a setting in the registry (firmware). Once this problem was discovered and resolved, the screen has been beautiful ever since. I have hooked this laptop up to a port replicator and am running four monitors from it with no problems (including a UHD widescreen). It works beautifully in this setup. So, overall, I have found this an excellent computer.

This is great quality for the price!!!! Lightweight, the keyboard is nice, the display is super clear. I got this on sale and it was under $200. 10/10 recommend. Also the battery lasts SOO LONG

Brand new, setting up and a notification pops up that the chrome os system is missing or damaged. Trying to troubleshoot but doesn’t look promising. Fortunately I bought the three year warranty. I’ll update after we bring it back to Best Buy for service.

I was originally interested in getting a MacBook but due to financial reasons, I ended up going with HP since I was mostly going to be using it for homework, and boy am I glad I did. It’s so light weight and cute, and the battery life is great!

This is the second Chromebook I have bought. For.basic internet browsing and minor office work it's a great little 14 inch laptop. Email, zoom, nice clear screen. Very pleased and they get better every year. My.last one lasted 6 years.

For the money, this is one of the nicest little Chromebook you could hope for. It has long battery life, brilliant color does everything online you would want and very quickly.

If you have a high school student who only needs access to Google Docs and the internet to complete schoolwork, this is a great value. It does everything they need it to do and you don't have to worry about them carrying around a $1000 laptop at school. It would be more convenient if this model had a touch screen, but again, this is a value deal.

Perfect for my teen that is in Highschool. So simple & easy to navigate. If you are on it in the dark the keys are hard to see. I just might buy another one for myself or my younger daughter because we like it so much. Definitely happy with the price and size. Hopefully someone else will like it as much as she does!!!

Do Not buy from Best Buy. They are trying to push the cheapest laptops right now so anytime that you try to buy a expensive one online they just cancel your order anything with a 4090 they do not want you to buy Best Buy is the biggest joke in the worst place to buy any sort of tech. You get ripped off Products are really in good condition especially if they’re open box and the return policy sucks they would much rather give you gift cards then give you back your money
