This was bought for my Highschooler. It is great, lasts all day and gets the job done. If you use Google Family Link it falls right in with the parental controls you have already set for the account. I give it a solid 10 for internet cruiser and school work.

Nothing fancy, but I didn't need anything fancy. If all you need is the ability to use the internet and access web browsers, this is a fine computer. If you need to download any type of software/programs, then I would not recommend this product.

Love my new Chromebook! Don't know why I waited so long to get this but it was definitely worth the wait. It's exactly what I needed for my personal use. Doesn't have a bunch of extras because thats not what I need. It's perfectly for personal checking and banking and viewing my mail. Thanks again Best Buy!

Perfect laptop for a highschool student, perfect size and excellent screen size

After trying to buy a comparable item from a well known website and I got a refurbished totally loaded with malware, I went to Best Buy and as usual I was not disappointed! I love my new Chromebook!

I purchased this in order to have something light and easy to pack when I travel, without spending a lot of money. It does everything I need it to, One issue - I can't get it to stop talking to me without muting the sound.

I just bought for Christmas and it was a great present for my little girl. Easy to make homework.

I did my research and chose my computer carefully. I am very pleased and highly recommend this computer. I decided on a Chromebook and knew the quality of HP and I am very happy with my choice.

My granddaughter really likes this laptop it's like the one she uses in school it very easy for her to manage I was very pleased
