Daughters first computer for school and she is enjoying the responsibility. Not a big Chromebook fan and I think it limits experience with the computer rather than help the student out.

Average performer for the money. Screen is difficult to see as it has a very narrow view angle. I spend a lot of time readjusting the screen in order to get it "just right". Especially annoying when using on your lap.

It’s got issues staying connected. I purchased it for an elderly family member and although basically computer literate, it’s just not that great.

This is a pretty good laptop, especially for the price; HOWEVER, I knocked the star rating down because the internal mouse control is horrible. There is no scroll bar on the right side with the up/down arrows. Therefore, you have to move the cursor over and "search" for the scroll bar which is sometimes quite a challenge, as it likes to hide. There is an alternate way of scrolling, using 2 fingers on the mouse, but it takes off on its own sometimes.

Work's great. gave it to my niece to use for school.

I thought it was a great and for the price even greater! But …. Haven’t had it a year and the keyboard has stop working and not sure yet what they will tell me is best; maybe have to just buy another laptop.

Runs very slow. I bought 2 for gifts and both recipents were disappointed. Best Buy service person stated these always run slow. Why would you sell this product knowing this and not advising the consumer.

It is a good unit. However I needed more than it offered.

Got it open box and seems ok. Not a fan of the lighter color.

I was happy with it until a few days ago; when I type anything, including in my Gmail, the words jump around or everything gets deleted. This is frustrating.

The adapter was missing when I opened the laptop and because I was past the 14 days customer service stated there was nothing that could be done. Customer service should have sent a replacement adapter-very disappointing..

It’s sturdy, easy to turn on. It is just frustrating that certain features don’t work on websites nor on the apps…So I have to drive down to my office and use that computer for certain things…Otherwise, it is okay…

Not all i thought it be, navigating isnt easy and sometimes it go into things i dont won't it to. Hard to move files to certain locations.

I can't give a proper review because my new chrome book is not up and running yet. I am not yet able to connect to the internet via Ethernet so I have to have the Geek Squad check it out this coming week.

The service was great, the laptop however has some minor screen errors upon purchase. Would love at least a 30 day return policy compared to a 15 day. Other than that love Best Buy, always recommend them:)

Not pleased with it. It is not supported by Goggle Home app. I would not recommend if you are planning to use Goggle Home app.
