Service for the replacement is terrible. we paid for the insurance to cover the product and get a replacement and it’s been well over a month with a recent email that they may just cancel the replacement. I am extremely frustrated and would not recommend buying anything from best buy with a warranty since apparently they have a hard time fulfilling it

The only thing I don't like it the Keyboard letters blend into the gray colored keyboard. I have to have a light on when I use it at night because I cannot see the letters.

I really hate Chromebooks. This was for my mother who only has basic needs, but I'll never buy a Chromebook again. The set up was annoying, and somehow the free virus protection that was part of Best Buy's package, that BEST BUY ADDED IN, wasn't Chromebook compatible.

Won't even connect to Internet waste of money.......

I mean it worked for a computer (display is lacking-super almost faded looking) but with it being a Chromebook I didn’t know you couldn’t use outlook on it or other programs, didn’t ultimately work out

It's small and compact, perfect for my small business, BUT it is incredibly slow. For now this will do until I can afford to upgrade.

It was good the few months I had it for. I got it in September 2024, it stopped working today in May 2025. Second time getting a google Chrome the first one the keyboard went out.

It worked Ill give it that didn't crash like other laptops of this price I just don't like Chromebook in my opinion as its not supported with a lot of downloads and other programs.

My wife loves it. I had been looking around and comparing prices, well Best Buy won out. Thank you goes out to the sales associate, his expertise was awesome.

It’s a little small but honestly if you have a kid it will work really well for school

Really nice little laptop but unfortunately it didn’t work for my needs. I originally purchased it to use with my silhouette Cameo, but it wasn’t compatible with the software needed, so i had to return it.

Item does work, was expecting more but it's an ok starter lab top for school. Was also charged twice for this item and it took two weeks to clear an authorization hold so they say. It ruined my back account and I had to pay my own overdraft fees after I definitely told the supervisor for best buy several times my situation! I would not recommend online shopping or even shipping here at all at this point they have ruined my hair thoughts if this company!

Bought this to be used as a travel laptop so it is basically used to just surf the internet and check emails while on trips so it works perfect for that

This laptop is trash. It worked well for the basics at first but only lasted a year and when I tried to take it back for the 1 year guarantee policy they refused to take it back and fix it. When it hadn't even passed the one year warranty. I fought to get it fixed and when they sent it back it worked for about a week and then stopped working again. I paid over $300 for something that didn't last as long as it was suppose to.

Runs extremely slow and I cannot use the camera when on zoom. Got it on sale so I am assuming they knew they have issues. Good for kids who use it for 1 thing daily.

The first one was a lemon—several attempts by computer experts and following all of the troubleshooting tips and it wouldn’t turn on. Best Buy took it back but I had to pay full price for its replacement ( had been on sale) even after the chat person said they’d honor the sale price. This unit was bought for my elderly parents who are too stressed to turn this one on without their grandson there to make sure it will work.

Stopped turning on. My fault for not purchasing the extended warranty/protection. I suppose it was ignorant of me to think it would function as designed for more than 2 months.

Why have a google play app if you can’t use it? You can’t play jack on it and Steam doesn’t like it. So overall, it sucks.

Doesnt come with windows 10 and the free software offered doesn't work for this computer.
