Brought this laptop for my 3rd grader, it stopped working 7 months after purchase.

I received the HP Chromebook, It was operating correctly. I transferred all by files and information from my old Chromebook and all was good. A week later I opened my new Chromebook and everything was gone. I tried to reset the new Chromebook no luck. I called the Geek Squad and all the wanted to do is sell me $149 service package for a $169 laptop. Needless to say I returned the laptop.

Chromebook should be discontinued, only good for browsing. I purchased 6 of these for our for school to do proctored testing and it does not work. Cannot download anything either and ineligible to be returned.

Very easy to use and get for my needs. Was easy to setup apps and download what I wanted.

USB port was dysfunctional. Everything was great and I have kept it otherwise.

An alright laptop for the price given Chromebook is stopping updates, not a big fan.

Average to say the least, you get what you paid for.

BEWARE!!!!! There is an issue with wifi passwords.. I have spent the whole afternoon online, on phone, on HP support and anywhere else I can find help to no avail.. I've tried all the recommended solutions and when I *try* to connect to my home wifi I get the error message "bad password" and I am one of hundreds or even thousands of people w/this problem.. Google it and you'll see..

stopped working after 4 times. Do not waste your time and money

The machine is ok. I can’t let it go to sleep because it doesn’t wake up and takes a number of tries to power back on.

System keeps crashing and restarting and I’m really unhappy with the purchase

I love my new chromebook its perfect for my needs it's compact got it for the low.

I've bought 1 of these before with non problems with the setup and worked as expected. This time I bought 2 more to gift them to some people less fortunate. Neither one would allow internet access. You can't set up without it. No problems logging on to my Wi-Fi but would not connect to internet. I tried 3 other Wi-Fi with the same issue. Should be easy peasy but who wants issues out of the box. Bought Acer instead and easy perasy as expected.

Simple enough that even sixties baby can enjoy. The battery life is another plus

I never ever got my laptop to this day I put in a refund and they said they shipped it out never got it

To be honest I thought it will a very good laptop but the screen has a problem you work on it for more than 30 minutes it starts freezing up and blurry . I ordered it ones and exchanged for a newer one but it’s still the same . Don’t mind getting a refund at this point .
