NO STARS.....A PIECE OF CRAP.......CHARGED ONCE AND THE CHARGER WAS EXTREMELY HOT......TALKED WITH BEST BUY AND TOLD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING IN TO THE STORE...I AM UNABLE TO PHYSICALLY TAKE IN SO I TRY CHARGING WITH A NEW CHARGER....IT CHARGED BUT THEN WENT BLACK AND THAT WAS THAT. IT WAS A DEFINITE LEMON......A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Can’t see the keys. Letters and numbers. They should be black. Lousy product

Its Nice but auper simple keyboard doesn’t light up.

The case is all plastic. Feels as cheap as it is. Not the fastest Chromebook around.

I know it was more the fault of the delivery service, but i never got it. So i called the store and they said they will replace it and i can pick it up on the 19th......well its the 19th and they just sent me a message saying they dont have it yet. Now i have to wait until the 27th... That will be 20 days of waiting for this.

So far I am enjoying my chrome book! Very efficient battery life!

Screen isn’t really as clear as it should be but it’s good for now I guess

Husband uses it for work. He loves it. It was a great purchase.

The chrimebooh was ideal for school. The feetires were great

This product works well for my teen as they are not into gaming.

After barely 2 months, the laptop died. While the Chromebook has a 12 month warranty, Best Buy won’t help because I didn’t purchase an extended plan through them. Now I need to go through HP which is tiring, regardless Best Buy is less than a mile down the road. Exhausting experience with Best Buy. Do better.

Works pretty good. Fast speeds and a great picture quality.

I bought this exact computer a week before this one. Both had issues with the screens going out in a short time. The first one’s screen went out in a week and I was able to return it. The second ones went out about three weeks after I got it and was now not in the return time frame. I do not recommend this laptop.

Only had the laptop for a few months and needed one straight away for finals,and I am being so honest since the Best Buy workers were not at all helpful with helping me get a laptop right for me, AVOID this laptop at all cost!! It is so slow, the keyboard starts to stiffen up and crashes really easily!

Got this for a gift and had it about 4 months till it “black screened.” Of course it was just beyond the return policy. They quoted me $385 to fix it. I could buy a new one cheaper and bought something of higher quality. I’m a Microsoft girl and did not like Sheets or transferring between the systems.

Purchased August 2023. Used roughly 5 hours daily for 3 weeks. Never dropped or treated poorly. Won’t turn on or charge. Tried to get my money back with the receipt since it had been less than 30 days. Was told that since it had been more than 15 from the date of purchase, I will need to pay for Geek Squad to fix it.
