Its a great computer but i dont like the screen quality

It gets the job done honestly but my peeve about it is that I wish it was a bigger size laptop bc the screen is so small seems delicate.

Everything looked great on the laptop me careless didn’t pay no mind at all to the camera of the laptop when trying to take a picture it doesn’t work is all peach black, I guess the price speaks for its self why it was cheap and affordable supposedly

I had to exchange this for a new one when the touchpad just stopped working. Then, a few months later, the touchpad stopped working again, after the return date passed. Two different laptops with touchpad issues. I wouldn't buy this again, no matter how cheap the price is. It's just not worth it.

It shut off completely and will not charge, I just bought it less than a month ago. Best Buy is not helping tho I purchased the 2 yr protection plan on it. And they got me on the line going in circles for a repair appointment. This is beyond frustrating….

Im sorry but this laptop is not that good. The value of the core of the laptop is not there.

My son had this Chromebook for approximately 2 weeks and something happened to the screen. You can barely see anything. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I tried to take it to the Best Buy store in Montgomery, AL and they were of no help to me. I will NEVER purchase anything else from Best Buy!

Great Chromebook for everyday web browsing and checking email. My only complaint is the letters/numbers/symbols on the keys are hard to see because they are gray instead of black.

Ok if you trying to make it and be cheap. Upgrade asap

not returnable only get 2 weeks wow that really sucks just got around to opening it up about a month later, looks like my old battle ship in the navy haze gray. key board does not lite up. will never purchase another item from best buy bad customer service

Don't buy this piece of crap. Bestbuy won't refund your money. Hp is terrible to work with while its still under warranty. Have to send in for repairs which means it will eventually be out of warranty and freeze up again. Terrible freezing problem. Don't buy!!!

This product suuucks. I’ve had this product for 15 months and it just died. I can’t get it to turn back on.

After purchasing this product and trying to set it up, I found multiple articles complaining about the set up issues in which i was having. It should not be that difficult. I returned it and got a real laptop.

It was not possible for me to speak to a live person about my chromebook that died 9 months in (will no longer take a charge). It was extremely frustrating. I'm so disappointed with companies that sacrifice customer service for profits.

Very cheap computer not recommend for kids will be broken in no time. Very basic machine so not great for video games or movies or heavy web browser

This is the second chromebook I have gotten and both have the same problem. They will not connect to my internet and I have tried everything possible. I will be returning this item and will not get another.

The Wi-Fi network card is of poor quality and frequently loses signal with the internet. It's quite frustrating.

It's not even 2 months and there's issues with the laptop!!!

Had difficulties typing on the keyboard, returned for a touchscreen.
