Overall value is great for the hardware and software your getting. Nothing fancy, just straight to the point computing for the starter version. Speed is adequate and storage capacity is there - which you could always add more with an external. The sound is basic and graphics card is standard. Easier to use for me than the first one I bought. It was a windows and was very slow. I then exchanged it for a different chrome computer and had technical issues that ir was sent out to geek squad to repair. It worked fine for 24 hours then started acting up with same issues. I then exchanged that one for the chrome book I have now and I love it.

The Samsung 55” S85D Series with OLED is so lifelike and crystal clear you would believe it was a window being viewed and not a TV. Easy to set up and connect to cable or WIFi. Helpful and knowledgeable support team. …but the screen view steals the show. The screen is light but durable and the view so lifelike almost 3D. Friends and family keep walking up to the screen to see if they can “touch” the people or places on the screen - no joke! It’s a great value as well - purchasers of this TV will be very happy as we are!

I had purchased an hp chrome book but the cord connection was faulty. I went to exchange at the san luis obispo store and the assistance I received was above and beyond. I was telieved when the replacement chrome book works flawlessly.
