So far so good! HAPPY it is NOT tied in to Microsoft so I am not stuck having to use their apps. It definitely serves my needs as I basically just stream and have my email and facebook accounts! I hope HP continues to carry this item!!!

Great laptop. Use it for basic tasks like searching the internet and sending emails. Nice beginner model or if on a budget .

Love my new Chromebook! Don't know why I waited so long to get this but it was definitely worth the wait. It's exactly what I needed for my personal use. Doesn't have a bunch of extras because thats not what I need. It's perfectly for personal checking and banking and viewing my mail. Thanks again Best Buy!

This was bought for my Highschooler. It is great, lasts all day and gets the job done. If you use Google Family Link it falls right in with the parental controls you have already set for the account. I give it a solid 10 for internet cruiser and school work.

It does what I wanted it for. I don't know what else to add - it's a chromebook. You know what you're getting - and NOT getting - when you buy one.

Nothing fancy, but I didn't need anything fancy. If all you need is the ability to use the internet and access web browsers, this is a fine computer. If you need to download any type of software/programs, then I would not recommend this product.

I purchased this in order to have something light and easy to pack when I travel, without spending a lot of money. It does everything I need it to, One issue - I can't get it to stop talking to me without muting the sound.
