This is my first chromebook, so I didn't really know what to expect. Learning how to work it was a little tough, because it's hard to teach old dogs new tricks. Now that I've had it for a little bit, I'm finding that I like it. It boots fast, easy to carry around, and the battery seems to last quite while. I'm happy with it.

Let's be honest, you aren't buying one of these Chromebooks to game. This is an excellent and affordable laptop to browse the internet, listen to music, handle basic business tools whether Quickbooks or Google Sheets, to read and write from. For those, this is fantastic bang for your buck.

This is the best Chromebook I've seen yet. It's fast. It does its job. I have no issues with Wi-Fi connections like I did with my old one and it looks sleek thin and it's light. I highly recommend this

My MacBook gave out and I bought this for the time being. So far it’s been pretty good performance wise, quality is pretty great for the price, speed is great as well, I’m only giving 4/5 stars because I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but so far I think I would recommend this product if you’re in need of a laptop and you don’t want to spend over $500

Could not have ask for a better preforming little laptop,the service was great ,came to me really fast.. Only wish I had bought 2 at this great price ! I love how light it is,no problem carrying it wherever I go. Best buy really does live up to it`s name"Best Buy".

The HP Chromebook is decent for school use. It's a compact laptop that's easy to carry around and has exceptional battery life.

I've replaced a seven year old HP Chromebook with this new one. With the new HP, battery capacity has increased approximately three fold and speed has easily doubled. The size of the Chromebook is sliightly smaller than my old one but the screensize is the same. So it's a big improvement over what i previously was using.

I bought it for school and bought the cheapest laptop I found and this is absolutely perfect for the price I’ve been using it for months no issues viruses nothing great battery life as well

I really like this Chromebook. It took me a while to get used to it coming from a full Windows laptop that died finally (it was 10 years old running Linux on its last 2 years or so). It's a great machine if you are surfing the web or if the work you do is kept in the cloud.

Laptop is really good for the price. Only problem is Battery life isn’t the best. Very good for basic needs, don’t try gaming or downloading too much stuff. Other than that I highly recommend for taking care of basics. I use mine to monitor my twitch streams.

Got it for a great deal on Cyber Monday. The laptop is very big and lightweight. It has amazing reviews so I purchased it as a gift. I highly recommend it.

I loveeeee this laptop! This was my first laptop I’ve ever purchased brand new. The rest have been refurbished. I bought 2 other laptops brand new before finding this one. I returned the other two because they sucked. This one is hands down great! Not bad for my first new laptop. I haven’t really tried using any of its features because I haven’t really needed to. But so far I’m very satisfied with it . And it’s sleek and battery life is great! We had a storm that knocked our power out for 8 days and i used this laptop was a way to charge my phone. It was a lifesaver! It’s a great starter laptop. And the resolution is still great! My next laptop I’ll go up on the resolution. But still love it! And the speaker is great on there as well.

My newest HP Chromebook laptop is even better than the one I bought two years ago. It cost less, but what a value! i am entertained and I manage my finances and write documents with ease and enjoyment, Thank you for improving my life by making it "carefree." That's what I like!

It is a great affordable laptop that doesn’t run slow. Almost have everything what you need to have. Basic emails and can watch Netflix movies.

I really enjoy using this chrome book both at work and with my online school! Super easy to use and works great. I usually have four to five online windows open, music playing, and am typing on word or a email, all at the same time. Haven't had a problem yet!
