    The Hp 14 Chromebook is amazing. I patiently waited for it and it was definitely worth the wait, looking forward to more Best Buy electronics:)

    Grands rolled over the old chromebook while wrestling on the floor (here it shouldn't have been). Less expensive to replace than to try to repair.

    Daughter loves her new chrome book. Seems to work very well for all her school applications. Online gaming is slow but that’s not the intended use.

    keys are difficult to see in low light, the battery gets so very hot that must elevate it off my lap, however unit was priced right for my needs

    Computer cannot process with more than about 2 tabs open and constantly crashes. It can't even run basic applications like google photos without errors that make it impossible to use. I wanted a regular computer and my husband convinced me to get a Chromebook and I absolutely hate it. It would be fine as a child or elderly persons computer maybe. It does have amazing battery, which would be great if it works. I can't even return it because my husband threw away the box.

    I’ve had it almost nine months at this point and it’s useless, screen is already horribly glitching even with minimal use, and being kept in generally the same spot. Poor capabilities and bad warranty- messes up right when the warranties are ending..
