    Overall, this is a decent Chromebook for basic functions (i.e. using the internet, downloading files, etc.). It has slowed down in less than a year- possible from someone thing my mother did. I plan to utilize the geek squad protection to clean it up for her- hopefully that fixes the problem.

    It's slow, most of the games will not play. They will download to eat up your memory but you cannot play them. I went through 2 brand new ones before I got this one and the man at Best Buy had to go do something to it before it would work. They will not install their own operating system. You will only be able to sign on as a guest. Which means you can't set up anything that requires an administrator. I was and am very disappointed in the computer.
