    First off I got the laptop for my sons 6th birthday present so all you parents know how kids are about there gifts and wanting to play it right then and there he turned it on started playing it and the speaker was making a knocking sound so took it to Best Buy to exchange it they was sold out was told the only way I could exchange it was to leave it there and they mail me a new one in 7-10 business days the kids looking at me saying no while I’m getting told this they offered no other option then to drive 200 miles to the Columbus location to pick up one which was returned for an issues was told it would be cheaper don’t think they was adding gas into the matter or time very disappointed with the laptop and overall service of the staff
