Average performance - Finicky screen.

Screen is difficult to see as it has a very narrow view angle. I spend a lot of time readjusting the screen in order to get it "just right". Especially annoying when using on your lap.

Disappointing

Customer service should have sent a replacement adapter-very disappointing..

Scrolling pushes the star rating down.

There is no scroll bar on the right side with the up/down arrows. Therefore, you have to move the cursor over and "search" for the scroll bar which is sometimes quite a challenge, as it likes to hide. There is an alternate way of scrolling, using 2 fingers on the mouse, but it takes off on its own sometimes.

I bought 2 for gifts and both recipents were disappointed. Best Buy service person stated these always run slow. Why would you sell this product knowing this and not advising the consumer.
