For the price point, it fits well. Battery life seems to be very fair as well as the durability. This laptop has a light weight design, which is what I was lookin for. For a Chromebook and pricing under $500 I have no complaints.

This is my second Chromebook. It's a dependable piece of equipment, as long as I don't try to do too much on it. When that happens, the lag time drives me insane (for example, when I have to use WordPress, Canva, and Pinterest/Flipboard all at the same time). Thankfully, I have a second laptop that can do the heavy lifting my job requires, or at least take some of the burden off this machine. This Chromebook performs best when I stick to using it for writing and editing tasks or ONLY use it to create graphic media while not doing anything else. I will note that I expected better battery life from this. The battery on the Acer Chromebook we bought my husband seems to last quite a bit longer than this one.

I really this laptop. Being that I'm a little computer illiterate it turned out to be quite the perfect fit for me. I'd highly recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking. Oh and the battery life. Wow, one charge last a couple days.

This is a beautiful HP Chromebook I order one for and one for my wife the same day from Best Buy. You can’t beat the price and easy set to up its also packed and comes with everything you need in a chromebook.

This is the laptop I use when I can't access websites using my phone. The size of the screen is perfect for basic browsing like online banking, Amazon purchases, check email, read news, write notes, manage your budget and more.

This laptop performs admirably, but it is not optimal for high-demand tasks.

Using only for browsing the internet. Salesman warned me it would slow down or not last long compared to a base model Windows based laptop. For the price and what I'm using it for, this is a perfect second laptop. I have a full power laptop that I use for day to day and this compliments it much like browsing with your smartphone.

I bought this for my kids so they can do schoolwork at home. It gets the job done and I’ve never had any issues with it. It’s affordable and great for the purpose!

Works great. Battery life is excellent. Lightweight. Perfect travel laptop. Most of my work travel is one or two nights at most and I dont even bother packing the charger for those trips because I wont need it.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, from what the family member shared this is a great little everyday laptop. It's lightweight and easy transportable and is great for an average computer user (surfing the internet, streaming services like Netflix, using Google Drive). Battery life is great, and it charged super fast! The camera quality is a bit fuzzy, but nothing super bad. This is a Chromebook, so I highly suggest you do your research and know what you are getting into; if you are a student who needs Microsoft word and excel, chrome books may not be the best option for you. Chromebooks are like phones, they have apps and although you can download Microsoft word it does not come with all of the regular features. it can sometimes run a bit slow, but nothing crazy.

The laptop came as advertised at a great price for what you get. It’s easy to use and stays charged for quite a long time. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a newer easy to use basic laptop.
