Bought for my daughter for her school work and she loves it.

Great price and the service was excellent So far so good

Not all i thought it be, navigating isnt easy and sometimes it go into things i dont won't it to. Hard to move files to certain locations.

I was happy with it until a few days ago; when I type anything, including in my Gmail, the words jump around or everything gets deleted. This is frustrating.

Service for the replacement is terrible. we paid for the insurance to cover the product and get a replacement and it’s been well over a month with a recent email that they may just cancel the replacement. I am extremely frustrated and would not recommend buying anything from best buy with a warranty since apparently they have a hard time fulfilling it

It’s sturdy, easy to turn on. It is just frustrating that certain features don’t work on websites nor on the apps…So I have to drive down to my office and use that computer for certain things…Otherwise, it is okay…

I really hate Chromebooks. This was for my mother who only has basic needs, but I'll never buy a Chromebook again. The set up was annoying, and somehow the free virus protection that was part of Best Buy's package, that BEST BUY ADDED IN, wasn't Chromebook compatible.

I can't give a proper review because my new chrome book is not up and running yet. I am not yet able to connect to the internet via Ethernet so I have to have the Geek Squad check it out this coming week.

It was good the few months I had it for. I got it in September 2024, it stopped working today in May 2025. Second time getting a google Chrome the first one the keyboard went out.

This is the 3rd one I purchased and it’s broken in 3 months I should win the 400 so I can get a laptop that will actually stay in one piece

Not pleased with it. It is not supported by Goggle Home app. I would not recommend if you are planning to use Goggle Home app.

The service was great, the laptop however has some minor screen errors upon purchase. Would love at least a 30 day return policy compared to a 15 day. Other than that love Best Buy, always recommend them:)

Won't even connect to Internet waste of money.......

The only thing I don't like it the Keyboard letters blend into the gray colored keyboard. I have to have a light on when I use it at night because I cannot see the letters.

I mean it worked for a computer (display is lacking-super almost faded looking) but with it being a Chromebook I didn’t know you couldn’t use outlook on it or other programs, didn’t ultimately work out

Everything turned out great! I'm excited to purchase more electronics from you all. Thank you for providing me with a quality Chromebook.

It's small and compact, perfect for my small business, BUT it is incredibly slow. For now this will do until I can afford to upgrade.

This laptop is trash. It worked well for the basics at first but only lasted a year and when I tried to take it back for the 1 year guarantee policy they refused to take it back and fix it. When it hadn't even passed the one year warranty. I fought to get it fixed and when they sent it back it worked for about a week and then stopped working again. I paid over $300 for something that didn't last as long as it was suppose to.

Runs extremely slow and I cannot use the camera when on zoom. Got it on sale so I am assuming they knew they have issues. Good for kids who use it for 1 thing daily.

Why have a google play app if you can’t use it? You can’t play jack on it and Steam doesn’t like it. So overall, it sucks.
