    I would give it 5 stars, but I had this computer in July or august and my computer stop working now, it won’t turn on and idk what happened, it just went black when I was doing my college work and now idk what to do because I need one before this weekend is over with.

    We got this for our son just to get him access to school stuff and to get him typing more and just the basics. He NEVER uses it since it is just so slow! I would recommend to spend more and get something that will be used. I should have known, you really do get what you pay for.

    Operating system sucks. Its a laptop you dont feel bad giving to a kid cause its cheap and they wont need it for much.

    The computer is speedy, I give it that much credit. Unfortunately the colors are all washed out on the screen and it is horrible to look at. I did some Googling and turns out this is a thing with this particular computer because it is cheap. Shame on me. I bought this as a replacement computer for my daughter and she kept it in the box for over a month before opening it, and now we can't return it. I am so disappointed, I expected more from HP.
