Not Silhouette Cameo friendly

I originally purchased it to use with my silhouette Cameo, but it wasn’t compatible with the software needed, so i had to return it.

Was also charged twice for this item and it took two weeks to clear an authorization hold so they say. It ruined my back account and I had to pay my own overdraft fees after I definitely told the supervisor for best buy several times my situation! I would not recommend online shopping or even shipping here at all at this point they have ruined my hair thoughts if this company!

Stress-inducing and Best Buy did not honor the sal

Best Buy took it back but I had to pay full price for its replacement ( had been on sale) even after the chat person said they’d honor the sale price. This unit was bought for my elderly parents who are too stressed to turn this one on without their grandson there to make sure it will work.

HP Chromebook bites the dust
