DON'T BUY!

It worked well for the basics at first but only lasted a year and when I tried to take it back for the 1 year guarantee policy they refused to take it back and fix it. When it hadn't even passed the one year warranty. I fought to get it fixed and when they sent it back it worked for about a week and then stopped working again. I paid over $300 for something that didn't last as long as it was suppose to.

My new Chromebook

I’m still learning how to use it, as I have never owned a Chromebook before. It is lightweight which is a plus. The letters on the keys are light in color and I would prefer them to be darker!

I purchased 6 of these for our for school to do proctored testing and it does not work. Cannot download anything either and ineligible to be returned.

Terrible Customer Support

I transferred all by files and information from my old Chromebook and all was good. A week later I opened my new Chromebook and everything was gone. I tried to reset the new Chromebook no luck. I called the Geek Squad and all the wanted to do is sell me $149 service package for a $169 laptop. Needless to say I returned the laptop.
