The machine is ok. I can’t let it go to sleep because it doesn’t wake up and takes a number of tries to power back on.

My son loves it, said it's the best one he have gotten.

This is the 3rd one I purchased and it’s broken in 3 months I should win the 400 so I can get a laptop that will actually stay in one piece

The chrimebooh was ideal for school. The feetires were great

just "okay". I guess for the money I paid for it It's okay. Nothing special.

Purchased August 2023. Used roughly 5 hours daily for 3 weeks. Never dropped or treated poorly. Won’t turn on or charge. Tried to get my money back with the receipt since it had been less than 30 days. Was told that since it had been more than 15 from the date of purchase, I will need to pay for Geek Squad to fix it.

Its a great computer but i dont like the screen quality

To be honest I thought it will a very good laptop but the screen has a problem you work on it for more than 30 minutes it starts freezing up and blurry . I ordered it ones and exchanged for a newer one but it’s still the same . Don’t mind getting a refund at this point .

I bought this exact computer a week before this one. Both had issues with the screens going out in a short time. The first one’s screen went out in a week and I was able to return it. The second ones went out about three weeks after I got it and was now not in the return time frame. I do not recommend this laptop.

Got this for a gift and had it about 4 months till it “black screened.” Of course it was just beyond the return policy. They quoted me $385 to fix it. I could buy a new one cheaper and bought something of higher quality. I’m a Microsoft girl and did not like Sheets or transferring between the systems.

It died in under 2 years with no external reason. Fortunately, we had Geek Squad protection which provided a full refund as a credit to purchase a replacement.

It gets the job done honestly but my peeve about it is that I wish it was a bigger size laptop bc the screen is so small seems delicate.

I know it was more the fault of the delivery service, but i never got it. So i called the store and they said they will replace it and i can pick it up on the 19th......well its the 19th and they just sent me a message saying they dont have it yet. Now i have to wait until the 27th... That will be 20 days of waiting for this.

After barely 2 months, the laptop died. While the Chromebook has a 12 month warranty, Best Buy won’t help because I didn’t purchase an extended plan through them. Now I need to go through HP which is tiring, regardless Best Buy is less than a mile down the road. Exhausting experience with Best Buy. Do better.

Everything looked great on the laptop me careless didn’t pay no mind at all to the camera of the laptop when trying to take a picture it doesn’t work is all peach black, I guess the price speaks for its self why it was cheap and affordable supposedly

it's fine. but you get what you pay for so it's ok

Not a very good product. When I bought it they didn't tell me this because it was from a section where it was faulty

Great Chromebook for everyday web browsing and checking email. My only complaint is the letters/numbers/symbols on the keys are hard to see because they are gray instead of black.

Only had the laptop for a few months and needed one straight away for finals,and I am being so honest since the Best Buy workers were not at all helpful with helping me get a laptop right for me, AVOID this laptop at all cost!! It is so slow, the keyboard starts to stiffen up and crashes really easily!

It shut off completely and will not charge, I just bought it less than a month ago. Best Buy is not helping tho I purchased the 2 yr protection plan on it. And they got me on the line going in circles for a repair appointment. This is beyond frustrating….
