New Chromebook review

Incredibly slow

Unfortunatly, I can't take it back because I didn't realize that I had only 2 weeks after purchase to return it. I've had other Chromebooks, and they were decent, but this one is slower than my 3-year old Kindle Fire.

I was late returning it so I just left it at Best Buy to recycle it. Literally threw away $150. Also, the return experience was so awful I think I'm done buying from Best Buy.

I know for the price I shouldn’t expect much but I thought that would be in processing speed, memory, things like that. This feels like a laptop for a kindergartener. The screen quality is like 3 decades ago. I was only going to use it to run some excel products. I returned it.
