Fantastic laptop for my little girl!! Very satisfied

The laptop is very good I really need it for school

When I purchased the Chromebook I was super excited. I have a father who enjoys surfing the internet to read the news, watch movies, and catch up on emails. I purchased the Chromebook because I liked the simplicity of using the internet easily. It has only been less than 1 year, and the keyboard is not working anymore. The letter "A" and a few other letters aren't working anymore! How do you type when one of the vowels is no longer working? This is so frustrating!!! The screen is flimsy and feels like I could easily break it. I should have just purchased an IPAD because the Chromebook is cheap and unreliable! Do not purchase!

Computer is ok except for the fact nobody can tell me how to get out of Guest sign in. Because of that, NOTHING is saved: photos, tabs I've opened, etc.

It was slow from the moment I first started it, pages took up to minute to load. Recommended virus protection software wouldn't load. When I returned it, the store employee told me it operates in a default safe mode?! That once turned off, the safe mode cannot be restored. Then an upsale to a device costing over 500 $ was attempted. At that point I became disgusted and frustrated and got a full return. I had intended to exchange or upgrade, but Best Buy has now permanently lost me as a customer.

It was delayed 3 times. By the time it was supposed to ACTUALLY arrive, my son needed a laptop for school, so I had to quickly pivot. Unfortunately, the one I ended up buying off Amazon was garbage.

I'll warn you now this is a 5+ year old processor you will not have much use for this. all of the good reviews that you see when you look at reviews all say incentives of course they are going to speak well of the product.

I want to leave a zero rating but can't. I hate this computer. The font keeps auto changing and I am constantly fighting to make it stay normal. I have read everything above how to change it permanently. However, that hasn't helped at all. I'm going to just throw this away and go buy an Apple.

I recently bought for my son marco he has been complaining about its “Ram” saying it is, and I quote “not skibbidi enough” please help me find another laptop dm me in the comments down below

I purchased this item for school and not even 3 weeks after having it stopped completely while I was in class I returned it and then was given a new one and now even 24 hours after completing an assignment luckily plugged it up to go to sleep and wouldn’t turn on the next morning

I was told by apple support that my computer was out of date. This is awful. I thought that a Chromebook would be ok since the schools give them to kids. Photos crashed about 20 times the first time I opened it.

Keyboard problems The Keyboard did not work well. Could not turn the volume up or down and would not mute

I cant get laptop to connect to wifi and set it up. Been trying for a month!

can't reset parent code, is not usable it just sits on the table
