Battery life in some models is weak: Especially in the convertible “Plus x360” line, battery life has been criticized as below average compared to competitors.  • Dim or “okay” displays: Some models, especially less expensive ones or certain “Plus” versions, have panels that are not very bright or color-accurate. If you work in bright environments, this can be a limitation.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, from what the family member shared this is a great little everyday laptop. It's lightweight and easy transportable and is great for an average computer user (surfing the internet, streaming services like Netflix, using Google Drive). Battery life is great, and it charged super fast! The camera quality is a bit fuzzy, but nothing super bad. This is a Chromebook, so I highly suggest you do your research and know what you are getting into; if you are a student who needs Microsoft word and excel, chrome books may not be the best option for you. Chromebooks are like phones, they have apps and although you can download Microsoft word it does not come with all of the regular features. it can sometimes run a bit slow, but nothing crazy.

I bought this computer for my boyfriend as he needed a new one! He loves it It was so easy to set up for him and he loves it he just likes to surf the internet so it was enough for him The keyboard is really nice and is so smooth to operate the colors are bright and it's just the right size to take it with him on vacation. Overall very satisfied with the purchase

One of the best budget friendly laptops I’ve purchased, for what is worth it gets the job done!

This is a great Chromebook for school. This was the 2nd one of these Chromebooks we bought since replacing a cheaper one that broke within about 6-12 months. We're very happy with the quality and durability of the Chromebook (especially when it is going to/from school every day with a middle schooler!) Watch for sales so it isn't a budget buster!

Use for it school and gaming as well as watching all my favorite shows. One of my favorite features is the the battery life.

Works great. Battery life is excellent. Lightweight. Perfect travel laptop. Most of my work travel is one or two nights at most and I dont even bother packing the charger for those trips because I wont need it.

This was purchased for my nine-year-old daughter. She’s literally on this laptop. Every chance she gets only one downside, the devices in touchscreen other than that it’s great. She figured out how to link her school account so she can work on certain school projects at home when she can’t take her school laptop home with her.

I purchased this Chrome Book for my mother, who struggles with technology. This Chrome Book is extremely easy for her to use and is a great item for an older person or a person who struggles with technology!

This HP Chromebook is very good for the price. It will do essentially anything my laptop will do. It's a good size and very convenient to use. Very pleased with it so far.
