I absolutely love this laptop! The speed is amazing! It’s very user friendly and an all around good laptop. I would definitely recommend!

This was purchased for my nine-year-old daughter. She’s literally on this laptop. Every chance she gets only one downside, the devices in touchscreen other than that it’s great. She figured out how to link her school account so she can work on certain school projects at home when she can’t take her school laptop home with her.

You have to appreciate the ease of setup for a chrome book. With a solid state drive every thing you do is fast, from boot up to shutting down and everything in between. With automatic updates updates you will always have optimal performance. HP quality and Best Buy service ensures an overall great experience from purchase through their fast delivery and with Best Buy's added bonus items you always hit a home run.

Speedy laptop overall. Internet experience is fast. If you're a student or need this laptop for work this is a great fit! Quad core is nice! Haven't used it for gaming though. My only knock is the screen quality,,, it's really subpar. Maybe it's because I have an iphone and 4k tv but I didn't buy it for that reason so I adapted. Reminds me of the old youtube days, If screen quality is a deal breaker don't get this laptop. In the end its 5 stars for me considering the low price.

I have contemplating getting my own chromebook for a couple of years and I am so glad that I got this one. It was a great price. It was delivered earlier than expected. It has a large screen and is easy to use!

I love this laptop for school! It’s a small size that fits great in my backpack and it’s super lightweight. I can use all of my favorite apps as well. :)

This Chromebook is very easy to navigate, and has a lot of good features. The keys were never hard to press, and the never locked up. The only downside, the occasional blurry screen, and overheating. I would definitely buy again!

Bought this for school. It's perfect! Main reason I bought it is the life of battery. I needed something that would hold a charge. Graphics and speed are great.

Work well excellent no problems great for school work

This is an affordable, nice option for middle school and high school students, as long as they have a gmail account. It is fast little computer, enough for daily activities. The battery lasts a lot!

Bought this computer for the price and was pleasantly surprised. It has a great battery life and is easy to set up and use.

A fabulous laptop so far! I needed it for simple things like emailing, wi-fi, etc, and it's been great. It holds a good charge, and has a sizable screen. Perfect for the price point!

This HP laptop was one of the best purchases I have bought. I like how it is easy to navigate and it’s light weight. I also like that I can open all of my kids programs from this particular laptop.

I got this laptop as a cheap replacement for a broken Macbook, so it's extremely good value for the price point. Most of my work only requires Google Chrome so it's perfectly fine for most things, but the 2 main limitations I've encountered so far are: Not being able to connect to an external monitor Not being able to download Zoom (have to use the web version) I will definitely go back to a Macbook when I'm ready to invest in a proper laptop, but this is a great option in the meantime. It would probably be really good as a laptop for students.

I purchased this for my wife because we travel a lot and she is in school. This is perfect. Clear display and moves fast. So far so good.

Easy to use, well priced, handy machine. Perfect for internet access and college class work.

The battery is great and the performance is awesome. I was surprised on how it handles so much in a matter of a second from the boot time until it’s fully charged. I can’t complain thanks Best Buy
