This laptop was bought for my elderly in-laws, and it's been able to do everything they wanted it for for much cheaper than a regular laptop. They almost only use it for browsing the internet and playing slots, and it works like a charm. The only difficulty is finding an app meant for a Chromebook (finding a good weather app took a couple tries).

I love this laptop. I can do all my schoolwork and personal projects all in one! It easily connected to my Google accounts and phone so I can respond to emails and texts from the same screen. Plus it's so light I barely feel the weight of it in my bag when I commute.

This product is perfect. I like it. I’ve been with and it’s very reliable. Keeps battery life for long operating hours. I charge it only once a week and I use it every day of my life. The storage is enough for all my documents and it has a backup in my g.drive.

Early Christmas gift for my younger sister who’s going to high school. We’ve had many hp laptops and they’re always reliable. She’s able to do her schoolwork and even play games.

Exactly as described and exactly what I needed. I could do with a "punchier" screen display, but I'm not using it for streaming or anything, so it's perfectly capable as is. Super light, does have a delicate material feel to it, so be cautious on traveling and stacking to be safe.

Easy to use and great screen. Bought this to use on a trip and keep up with Zoom classes. Lightweight and good speaker quality.

I needed to replace an older laptop. I found this product to be very reasonable in price and the speed of this laptop is very good. I would recommend this product.

Got this for my father and he absolutely loves it! He’s not the most tech savvy person but it works for him and it’s easy to setup and use straight outta the box.

Very pleased with this Chromebook laptop. I wanted a simple laptop to browse and shop with, carry around, etc. nothing complicated, but something larger than a phone. Caught it on sale at a reasonable price which makes the purchase even more worthwhile. Nice little laptop.

I am retired, use this device recreationally. Not appropriate for a work environment. Does not connect to my iPhone personal hotspot. Earlier model did. For the price, it is an adequate substitute for a full service Windows based laptop.

I was researching portable computers to supplement my desktop (also purchased from Best Buy), but found that laptops were too expensive for my current budget. Then I came across Chromebooks. I’ve found that my Chromebook satisfies all my computer needs — and more. One of my better purchases. (And the cost was more than reasonable).
