Works great use it for school and it’s the best I recommend this laptop for anyone that’s looking to get one

I'm very pleased with the large, clear display on this budget priced chromebook, and battery life is pretty good. Still getting used to heavier weight of this one though, after having used smaller models in the past.

Reasonably priced and works as advertised. I bought this for a supervisor to take around to job sites.

Great experience as I walked in knowing what I was going to purchase. It was the MacBook 4. It was a graduation gift for my grandson. As I walked in with my gym clothes on. I was thinking I’d have to beg for help. I was greeted immediately with a welcoming smile and a very knowledgeable person and made the buying experience a breeze!

No lighting on the keyboard makes it difficult to see the keys in lower light circumstances. Understanding that space is limited on the keyboard, I still miss the number keys on the right side. The camera works well with Zoom and so does the audio. Navigating sites and different windows takes a little getting used to but it is very manageable once you learn. I would say that it is a very good value and I would buy it all over again.

This Chromebook is definitely nice and sleek. The gray color is really cool too. My son uses it every day and is enjoying it.

Pretty good everyday working laptop, pretty basic nothing too fancy. It does slow down a bit if you've been using it for a long time. Also gets pretty hot, as would any computer. Overall, I wasn't looking for anything too complex or over the top, so it works for me. I would recommend this. Great price too!

I purchased as a graduation gift for my nephew and he loves it. Unlike many, everyone does not have access, and few with a 3.9 gpa, this was a great buy for me and a pleasant surprise for him. "No more school computer."

I am beyond satisfied with my new laptop! Laptop works perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for.

The laptop holds a charge for a long time however that is about the only good thing I have to say about it. The screen is dim no matter how bright the setting it, the screen catches light very oddly so you best not be using it near any bright-ish lights, it runs slow most of the time, it randomly closes out your Photos app if you have "too many" items in it, the idle screen settings are totally useless, you cannot run any sort of games that aren't on Google Play on this thing, and for the most annoying feature: There's no caps lock button. Instead there is a search button which I personally find totally useless when there are 2 separate areas to easily access the search function on the screen. If you tap the search button out of habit of tapping Caps Locks the whole thing freezes and you have to wait forever to close out the search function before continuing what you were doing. Overall it's a very frustrating laptop to use and I am still not used to it after 2 weeks. It honestly feels a bit useless. It's like using a bigger version of my phone since it doesn't have any features that are unique or different to the laptop itself. I would not recommend this laptop no matter what your planned usage of it is.

It was an amazing laptop! I loved it and for what it cost it is amazing. Recorded music on it and did school work with low to no lag. It did stop charging eventually though

on sale this is an excellent value for a basic chromebook laptop. HP is a name brand with basic but decent features. As with any chromebook don't expect high end features, top end video or gaming but for use with basic daily uses this laptop works well.

Great gift for a person’s first computer. Grandkids find this to be a great portable computer.

The whole automated System is messed up going through so many different prompts just to end up in another country and then be told by the guy that he can’t help you because he’s not geek squad. The geek squad was great in person, and they worked on it very quickly and fix the problem right away.

Definitely a great laptop I use it for work and it really comes in handy for all my work needs
