It was a windows and was very slow. I then exchanged it for a different chrome computer and had technical issues that ir was sent out to geek squad to repair. It worked fine for 24 hours then started acting up with same issues. I then exchanged that one for the chrome book I have now and I love it.

Looking at the future. Samsung S85D with OLED

Easy to set up and connect to cable or WIFi. Helpful and knowledgeable support team. …but the screen view steals the show. The screen is light but durable and the view so lifelike almost 3D. Friends and family keep walking up to the screen to see if they can “touch” the people or places on the screen - no joke! It’s a great value as well - purchasers of this TV will be very happy as we are!

Replacement HP Chromebook

I went to exchange at the san luis obispo store and the assistance I received was above and beyond. I was telieved when the replacement chrome book works flawlessly.

It's ok for the price

The gray on gray keys makes it hard to see the letters. It's ok for the price and for doing simple things like surfing the internet or checking your email but not for people who do a lot of things with their laptops.
