My only issue is that it won’t let me download and use anything that isn’t a Microsoft approved app, but even when I find and download said Microsoft approved app, it doesn’t work with what I need it to. Idk what the issue is

Not happy

I only listen to youtube while I try to work with it , nothing else. I have lost money from work tasks because the laptop freezes which causes me to lose my work progress. I continuously clear the cache, make sure no extra apps are installed but that does not help the continuous freezing and operating system crashes. The price was good , the laptop is pretty, the battery life is good , but you can't do anything with it as far as work / listen to music .

I just needed some thing I could work on, but I’m actually happy with this purchase and the speed of the computer with no lagging or glitches to expect.

HP 14’’ Chromebook

Can’t handle large games and can’t install another operating system on it like windows.
