Had a friend set it up and my son setup fb, email and added a mouse. He is as happy as can be and has no problems with it. At first he wanted to return it but it’s now very user friendly and he is pleased.

HAPPY it is NOT tied in to Microsoft so I am not stuck having to use their apps. It definitely serves my needs as I basically just stream and have my email and facebook accounts! I hope HP continues to carry this item!!!

Best Buy never disappoints!

I love my new Chromebook!

It is great, lasts all day and gets the job done. If you use Google Family Link it falls right in with the parental controls you have already set for the account. I give it a solid 10 for internet cruiser and school work.

If all you need is the ability to use the internet and access web browsers, this is a fine computer. If you need to download any type of software/programs, then I would not recommend this product.

It does everything I need it to, One issue - I can't get it to stop talking to me without muting the sound.
