My complaint is at times in sleep mode it will shut off and in order to start back up, you have to hold the power button 10 seconds let it go then push again for ot to start up. I shut off sleep mode and have not had a problem since.

Got it as an open box special to save money. Since getting it, my son hasn’t complained once about not being able to do his work.

I helped my mom set it up and it seems up to the task. She is using it for writing and work, and I have yet to hear any complaints.

The personnel at the store were making certain everything was perfect in the purchase of my new Chromebook and were very helpful in the setup with my much needed internet connection.
