HP Chromebook

One recent incident, I was watching Facebook shorts and out the blue it started constantly repeating itself. I tried powering it off numerous times but none of the buttons would work. So after 10 minutes of hearing the aggravating repeats, I just held the power button down for 1 minute and it eventually powered off. Would I purchase again? No. Sometime it says I've lost internet connection but there's nothing wrong with my internet. It was on sale for $169. I guess you get what you pay for. I purchased it for school temporarily until I got my school computer. Also, it dosent hold storage too well either. It's ok but needs some improvements.
