I’ll say the Lap top that I bout was great I could listen to music download apps I could even use an what’s up app to use as I was on the phone I did play a game or two and it doesn’t take that long to charge

Ridiculous. Computer won’t turn on and I bought it on 7/6/23. It’s 8/16/23 and I can’t return anymore. This is the 2nd purchase I’ve made at Best Buy. First computer the operating system stopped operating. Second one the laptop won’t power on. Don’t buy an open box item from this company. They are clearly defective

Was working fine having a bit of glitching outside of the current glitching it was worked very well up until it started

Cannot download good game sand the game selection is shortened to emulators and horrible play store games it's as if they took an android phone a took all of the good parts of it away but it's good for school and limiting your kids screen time because nobody wants to have this with them for a long time

Reliable and Power Life is Good page loads fast good for surfing web and watching videos on YouTube

I purchased several for my non profit computer lab and the labs are perfect for the school.

Excellent product, my kids enjoy using it, and me too, I recommend 100%.

So far my son likes it and it is easy to use. Aesthetically pleasing also.

This laptop works just fine for the money I paid for it. It's not great for streaming but that's okay because I manly bought it for web browsing and budgeting which its doing great with. I would buy again.

This laptop is a very coat effective product for very minimal needs. It is very slow for anything other basic usage.

Sound is really nice. My last laptop barely had any volume. The screen changes color randomly though and it’s pretty slow. I don’t recommend.

The screen got cracked after less than 2 months of using it. It sat on a desk and was barelky moved. Sadly, it's out of the return policy since it was purchased in January and we started using it recently.

They keep loosing screws on the bottom of the chrome book. Specifically the front center screw. I bought 2 of these for my grandkids for middle school. The grandsons has been taken to geek squad already once and was fixed but lost the same one again. And now the granddaughters has lost the exact same screw. I paid $379 and change a piece for them. I’d expect better quality.

Had the laptop for less then a month and already having issues turning on. Charger seems to be working fine as charging light does light up but laptop screen stays black for 20-30 min at a time..

I bought for my mom she haven’t use before computer . Not bad little slow but she like it.

I should have never ordered online due to how inconsiderate items are handled via shipping. Upon using camera, it seems damaged. Of course past the return window. Will never purchase via this company again.

Piece of junk. Already not working. Not worth a quarter of the cost.

Returning to store today. Can't even set it up. As soon as i turned it on, i got an error message.
