    Great little computer. Easy for my mom to use. She isn’t very tech savvy and I had to help get it set up but easy from there

    Like a lot of the reviews say, this is a very basic laptop. For me, it's really just a personal laptop I use for writing, browsing online, and streaming movies/tv. If you have too many tabs open or are using any extensions, your browser will slow down a lot so I've learned to turn off my extensions sometimes. The screen quality is surprisingly very low res. It's also incredibly heavy for being a basic laptop. Compared to the Lenovo I use for work, this Chromebook is hefty. I've had some issues with it turning itself off after I close it (there is no "sleep" function), and sometimes I need to do hard restarts after it's been turned off. I'm not sure if that's a Chromebook thing or what but I'm glad I got a warranty on it.
