A Little Disappointed

I'm always having to either refresh the page or turn the W-fi off and back on. I also learned that it does not support the most recent versions of some apps, including Cameo for Powerpoint. This is rather disappointing to have been a supposedly "new" computer. I found out that Chromebook does not work well with some apps, but I wish the salesperson would have let me know this when I said I was interested in purchasing it.
