Picked this up on sale for my son to use. Handles all of his school stuff perfectly but also decent enough to allow him some gaming time as well.

The purchase of the HP laptop online, when smoothly. The delivery was delayed due to availability but was not a major issue. I liked the fact that once ready, I was able to pull up to the Best Buy location and the package was brought out promptly. The only down side was that in setting up the computer at home, I was having some difficulties. I had paid for a year of Geek Squad and I have not been successful in reaching anyone for help, either by chat or by phone.

Bought this for school and work, nothing else. Don’t plan on using it to stream, no games, and just literally for functional use only. It does an amazing job for the price range and similar models. I bought a 8gb RAM to help it run faster. There are 2 slots and one is not being used for RAM storage. Also, the screen has to be at a right angle for it to be visually pleasing or else you get too much backlight exposure. The keyboard is not backlit which may be a problem for some. Overall it serves its purpose and is a quality but for simple usage.

I purchased this for my grandpa who had a stroke, I needed something easy to use for him! The size is great and it’s simple for him to use!

So far has been working as needed wish I would've though of space before buying though.

With wife working from home due to covoid she pretty much took over my home office from 8 to 5 every day. Kids also doing school from home. One computer wasn't cutting it. Already had an iPad but hard to type a lot on it. This was exactly what I needed. I added office 360 and was set. Perfectly fat enough and enough memory to run more than one program. Good buy.
