Very happy with my purchase. It’s very easy to use and satisfies all my needs.

No problems, can play games, surf internet, stream movies, etc. All very fast.

Purchased this laptop to be a small part of our A/V process at church. We use this laptop to stream video of services to Facebook. It does a good job with the one task we ask of it. It is an entry level laptop so I don't expect it to be something it is not. However, for normal every day computing needs it gets the job done.

I bought a laptop and was pleased with the price. It was very user friendly.

It was nice to have another computer in the house that could be used in any room but after a few days, it started to have a black screen problem. It would have a random period of the screen going black while I was using a web browser, Thought it was a virus protection issue so tried suggested Best buy protection and it still did not fix the issue. Ended up returning because should not have to deal with this kind of issue when only had for a week or two.

Got it for my mom she’s going to love it it works great and pretty affordable.

I like this laptop it is the right size and it is very easy to use.

A little underpowered but great value for the money

Bought this for my mother in law first when she needed something to replace her chrome book. We set it up and were impressed with how quick it was. Of course based on the price the body is plastic but performance wise it’s awesome. Then came virtual learning so we decided to get another one for my kid. The camera is kind of eh but it’s good enough for google meet ups.

Computer is easy to operate and access. The price was great and I love it.

Great value for the money, definitely don't regret buying this laptop.

Great laptop got it to play the sims. Also its great for zoom meeting calls

As laptops go, I've had better. The main flaw I've found with this unit is that it freezes up... a LOT. Which vexes me to no end. But the thing that I really hate with this particular product is that it utilizes Microsoft Edge as its browser and I hate it. HATE IT. And to make matters worse, it makes it very difficult for you to download any other browser. So as they always say... You get what you pay for. Meh.
